Tour Plan
On this day, your driver/guide will pick you up at the airport and start your tour with a debrief where you will get to know some local facts in northern Ghana and its people.
This afternoon, you will get lunch at wooden restaurant and do a tour of the leather market, local market before you depart to Mole National Park at 3 pm and arrive at 5.30pm. This evening after refreshing, you will have your dinner at Mole Motel at 7 pm, then drive 15 km to Mognori eco-village for cultural performance, drumming and dance activity. After a successful performance, you will drive back to your hotel for a good night sleep.
You will wake up and be ready for 2 hours walking safari from the information center which starts about 6:30 AM where you will have the chance to see elephants, baboons, buffaloes, warthogs, antelope and the over 316 species of birds in the park. You will come back for breakfast after your safari drive.
Later today is a visit the Mognori Eco-Village where you will have a village guided walk and a canoe safari on the Mole River, get back early enough to Mole Motel for lunch at 1:00 PM, enjoy pool time and be ready for a jeep drive safari at 3:15 pm. At late evening depending on the weather, enjoy the beautiful sunset from the Motel’s viewpoint. Tonight’s dinner at Mole Motel at 7.00pm
This morning, after breakfast which starts at 9:00 AM, you will pack your bags and set off for Tamale making a stop at Larabanga for a tour of the Larabanga Mosque, the oldest Mosque in West Africa built in the year 1421. You continue your journey and arrive in Tamale this afternoon, get Lunch at Luxury restaurant at 1.30pm. Your guide/driver will take you to the airport for your onward flight to Accra.
